Challange
The initial idea started out as an exercise to see how many textures and effects I could stack on an initial image to create something striking.
Finding the balance between exercising the creative muscle while showing appropriate restraint is a delicate balance to strike.

Goal
The idea was to envision the genre of music this album would be for and then make something that looked just like it sounded.
The result: a vibrant identity elevates the album on every listen, creating consistency and leaving a memorable impression.

Solution
I then mocked up what the front and back of a vinyl rendition would look like.
Overall, the visual representation of an album plays a crucial role in how the music is perceived and performs critically and commercially.
